By submitting this form, you declare your revocation of the purchase agreement. You are obligated to return the goods to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of submitting this revocation. You bear the return shipping costs.

As these are living plants, we ask that you pack the goods carefully and professionally. Plants must be adequately protected from pressure, cold, and heat – similar to the original packaging. In case of improper packaging or transport outside of suitable temperature conditions, we may deduct a reasonable compensation for damages incurred according to § 357 paragraph 7 of the German Civil Code (BGB), provided that the loss in value is attributable to unnecessary handling of the goods.

The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the return. After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email.
