Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment according to the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case there are no shipping costs.

Non-deliverability:

In the event of unsuccessful delivery of the parcel due to an incorrect address given by the buyer, the resulting costs will be charged to the buyer.

If you notice the error in time, you can simply send us the correct address details by e-mail.

Wir legen großen Wert darauf, unsere Pflanzen sorgfältig zu verpacken. Trotzdem kann es auf dem Transportweg zu Beschädigungen kommen. Falls du eine Beschädigung feststellst, teile uns bitte noch am Tag der Ankunft eine kurze Nachricht mit, idealerweise mit einigen Bildern des Schadens. Wir werden uns umgehend bei dir melden und gemeinsam eine Lösung finden. Das kann eine Teil- oder Vollrückerstattung des Kaufbetrags oder ein Geschenkgutschein sein. Bitte beachte, dass Nachlieferungen bei lebenden Pflanzen ausgeschlossen sind. 

If the parcel is delivered to a Packstation or if permission is granted to leave it, we cannot guarantee that we will pay for any damage caused by this. Especially in the cold season, it can lead to enormous damage if the plants are left in a cold storage location or in a cold packing station all day at low temperatures. The same applies on particularly hot days.
